The Pacific Horticultural and Agricultural Market Access Plus program (PHAMA Plus) and its predecessor PHAMA, helped farmers, producers and exporters from six Pacific Island Countries meet standards of importing countries to improve livelihoods. Kalang has been the lead technical group, in program delivery from 2011 until June 2026, when the program finally concluded.
